Assessment

We recognise that the transfer of training from the classroom to the workplace can often be a problem. We offer an option where we provide a follow-up workplace assessment to support delegates in implementing lessons from the training course. Delegates appreciate the on-site feedback and coaching they can receive about both technical and non-technical skills.
